Love this couch!
Purchased this couch for my husbands office. It was delivered in the time frame it was supposed to, and was packaged great. Easy to unpack, and the only thing he had to do was attach the legs and arms of the couch, and the legs of the ottomon. This couch is beautiful and one of the most comfortable pieces in our home. We have a few other pieces in our home from castlery, and continue to purchase more. 10/10 recommend!

I bought the Remi sofa to pair with the Peri coffee table. This is the first time I bought a couch without sitting on it first. It cushions are firm and supportive, and I am sure they will soften with time. The covers are removable but not machine washable...so I assume I will have to dry clean if needed. The grey is very warm and inviting. I am so glad I invested in this piece, and I am sure I will have it for many years to come!

The fabric is terrible. It pills like crazy! We've had it less than a year and it looks terrible. I've tried to fix it but no luck. The end arm cushions have folded in half and inward and look floppy. You can't fluff them back up. It was delivered with an extra corner cushion instead of the middle one and while that's the least of the issues, it drives me nuts. As others noted, the lock system doesn't work well, so it is constantly moving, which has scratched our floors pretty badly. So bummed!

Delivery was easy to schedule & the guys who delivered were excellent. However the back is so low it is, essentially, non functional. The rear cusions are so small & poorly filled they don't provide complete coverage and have gaps between. The most annoyingly aspect is the side where the L-section attachs isn't changeable. This means that in my case the join isn't able to be hidden. And the ratchett system fails to hold it straight. It's constantly shifting backwards when someone sits on it.
