New version of Sierra Outdoor Couch, does not match original
I purchased the Sierra outdoor couch in the fall of 2022, which has held up nicely and is a great outdoor couch. I wanted to extend the couch and bought this right facing seater, but was surprised to learn upon delivery it was a completely different couch. At the time of purchase there was not indication that the couch was new and improved (as explained by their support team). The return process was lengthy and costs 20% of the cost of purchase. I am hesitant to buy more furniture from Castlery.
