Looks good!EricaThe lamp looks great in general - in the same room as my rejuvenation black and brass lamps, it matches well. It provides a nice pool of light that can be redirected and the brass-like color lining the shade gives it a lovely glow. That said, the cable is just a normal cable (not fabric covered) and the movement on it is not smooth at all. It feels like it's going to come apart if you aren't purposeful in how you move it. No reaching up one handed to redirect casually. Overall a great piece for the price.
Nice LampDominikEasy to put together and install, feels very well built. When the adjustment knobs are tightened, it feels very rigid and my heavy growth light bulb does not cause the lamp to change position due to the weight.
InadequateKathleenFrom the display in the store, I hoped this would be a mounted, movable lamp that could focus light on a work area and be easily pushed back or stretched out. It was hard to assemble, and once assembled, seemed to have a very rigid structure, so that once installed, it would be very hard to moved without major effort. This was not what we had hoped for, at all.
Looks nice but is very hard to mountCarissaI’m writing this review as I’m going to the hardware store to get screws with bigger heads because the screws I currently have keep slipping through the mounting hardware. I tried to mount this in several places but kept hitting studs (not the products fault) however when it came to securing the strip to the wall it kept getting too loose and coming apart.
If you want to buy this you have to get speciality screws that have wider heads so it can securely mount to the wall
