Hello, thank you for your question! Without the extension, the table is 60 1/4" long. With the extension, it is 137 3/4" long. The table is 40 1/8" wide. It is 30" tall!

Is there enough room on the ends to put a narrow dining chair underneath when the table is at 60"? I need to be able to fit the end 2 chairs underneath the table without them sticking out too much when not being used because the room is small. Thanks!
