Retro-inspired design with a modern update. Standing at just under 16” tall, this piece was initially designed as a TV cabinet but also functions well as a coffee table.

Crafting the Vodder Media Center

A retro sunflower tone is visible between the signature arched bows on both the upper and lower portions of the dual side drawers. Originally designed by Arne Vodder in the early 60s, this updated media center features smooth-operating metal drawer guides. The open front and back center media space accommodates entertainment electronics, allowing for effective remote control signal reach.

Moderno is elevated by four solid American Walnut legs, framed with two flush mount beams running the full width from front to back. Two shorter beams span the depth, connecting the rear and front legs slightly below the body. This base design is a clear nod to retro modernism.
