The frame is built with heat and pressure molded plywood, ensuring stability. The seat cushion is reinforced at the base for firm, enduring support. Cushions are designed with multi-density foam wrapped in Dacron. Crafted from genuine American Walnut, the chair maintains original design features, including four flat head bolts on the back. Dimensions and curves are precisely replicated from the original design, with seams hand-sewn using the Danish under-tuck lock-stitch technique. Wood is kiln-dried to the right moisture level for stability and finished with triple sanded, five coats of UV-cured hard polyurethane. Legs include standard floor protection caps. Assembly can be completed in 30 minutes and chair comes with a 1-year warranty from Kardiel.
