Designed to support fast-paced kitchen routines, the Dukers DCHPB36 gas hotplate includes a full-width removable drip tray that catches spills and debris beneath all burners. Four stainless steel legs can be adjusted to steady the unit on uneven counters. A cool-to-the-touch stainless steel front edge improves user safety, while individual manual controls are spaced every 12 inches for precise operation. The hotplate is powered by natural gas (LP conversion kit included), constructed of stainless steel, has lift-off cast iron grates, a built-in standby pilot, and six burners each rated 32,000 BTU (total 192,000 BTU).
