Handcrafted by artisans in the Philippines where capiz is abundant; shells are cleaned, cut, lacquered, framed in a thin band of brass, strung and attached to a brass-plated frame. Hand-strung iron frame with shiny brass-plated finish; natural capiz shells framed in brass-plated metal; accommodates one 23W CFL or one 100W incandescent bulb (not included). Bathroom safe. UL-listed. Made in the Philippines. Note: manufactured for U.S. standards; use appropriate adaptor/voltage converter outside U.S./Canada.
