Like all MTI products, it is custom-built to order in the USA and ships within 14 business days. The acrylic bases come with a 10-year limited warranty, offering a thick and strong surface that resists scratches and stains. The non-porous surface makes cleaning straightforward, and single and multiple-threshold models have hidden drains and pre-leveled tile flanges. Radiant heat is available for added comfort in some models. Please specify drain orientation when ordering and allow a few extra days for processing.
