Note that electronics and accessories have a 12-month warranty from the purchase date. Custom orders cannot be returned, but additional return policy details are available. The tub comes in various sizes to suit any bathroom. For undermount installations, inform Americh to prevent issues with deck-mounted controls. Most tubs ship within 14 business days from the manufacturer, with an extra 2-3 business days for order processing.
