Made from MTI's Engineered Solid-Surface (ESS) composite material, this single-bowl lavatory pairs perfectly with the Alissa bathtub. All ESS lavatories are custom-built in the USA and ship within 14 business days. Each lavatory comes with a 5-year limited warranty. Custom orders are non-returnable; more details on the return policy are available. Features include a single-bowl design with a 1.625" drain opening, not suitable for undermount installation. The composite blend of natural minerals and resins ensures a durable, non-porous, and easy-to-clean surface that resists stains, mold, and mildew. Quality tested and certified by the NAHB. Dimensions are 21.375" in length, 13.625" in width, and 4.125" in depth. The sink rests on top of the counter, requiring a cut-out for drain installation and sink base.
