Crafted from plantation-grown, European-grade teak, the wood is sourced from FSC-certified upcycled teak from old-growth forests in Indonesia. The teak undergoes a six-week kiln drying process to remove moisture, preventing shrinkage or expansion due to temperature and humidity changes. Known for its natural resistance to water, insects, mold, and mildew, teak is one of the most durable materials available. The club chair combines machine precision with handmade Mortise and Tenon construction for smooth and tight joinery, showcasing local artisans' craftsmanship. Features include plantation-grown European teak, smooth joinery, and a modern wide-set frame. The cushions are made from 100% solution-dyed acrylic Sunbrella fabric, which is UV, fade, mold, mildew, spill, and stain resistant. Seat cushions have a plush polyester wrapped over a foam core for lasting structure and softness, while back cushions use a softer, layered polyester for added comfort.
