Charles Sofa offers a comfortable place to relax, embodying Antonio Citterio's new vision for the Charles line, which has become a timeless aspect of interior design, achieving market success since 1997. Charles features a diverse range of components that satisfy various furnishing needs, ensuring personalized comfort. Made with a frame from naturally rot-resistant Merbau wood, this sofa does not require chemical treatments. The cushions are filled with high-resilience foam, wrapped in feather-down, offering a medium-firm feel which can be customized. Upholstery options include Classic Suede, Top Grain, and Aniline Leather (C.O.M available). It stands on stainless steel legs with a brushed finish, with all materials being non-toxic and fire-resistant. Additional configurations are available upon request. Antonio Citterio, born in 1950, created his first furniture piece in his father’s workshop and won his initial design award by 18. By 22, he had opened a design studio while studying at Milan Polytechnic. In 2000, he co-founded a practice with Patricia Viel, designing for top international brands and luxury accommodations worldwide.
