Shagreen traditionally comes from the textured skin of stingrays and was popularized in Japan for wrapping samurai sword handles. Over the centuries, it has been used in high-end home decor. Our cruelty-free version enhances the simple design of the Maddox side tables. The set includes three tables that nest slightly under each other. The half-moon bases are made of black metal, with tabletops available in cream or black.
