Our popular empire candle lampshade with its straight sides is handmade in our exclusive Fawn coloured Brushed Cotton and finished with Fawn & Oyster soutache trim. This popular retro style chandelier lampshade has a clip fitting that clips directly to the light bulb making it nice and easy to swap out you existing candle shades.

All of our traditional candle lampshades are handmade to the highest level using techniques unchanged for over 60 years and finished with a soft white fabric lining. Suitable for wall lights and chandeliers.

Size options available are :

Q&A

What light bulbs do these fit? Our candle shades are designed to fit standard GLS shape (that’s the normal light bulb shape) as well as the candle shape ones. The wire clip can be bent slightly to tighten or loosen the grip on you bulb.

What is the max wattage? We recommend up to 6w LED which is equivalent to the old 40w

Can I use on a table lamp? Yes, I guess you could, but it might sit to high and expose the lamp-holder, they are better suited to wall lights and ceiling lights.
