Delivery is FREE to addresses in mainland UK. It is possible for delivery outside of this region for an additional fee per special request. Please get in touch with us to discuss possibilities and receive a shipping quote.

Please allow upto 6 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase as our items are made to order. Delivery dates will be made clear in good time.

Telephone and zoom appointments can also be arranged so please feel free to ask if you require this service.

Your delivery day

Your courier driver will contact you a few hours prior to delivery to give you an estimated time of delivery.

All items are sent with signed and insured delivery so please ensure someone is home on the provided delivery date. Our delivery is a one-man service and furniture is delivered made up, therefore we recommend a minimum of two able people be available to collect the product and transport it into your home or building.

If you require extra help with your delivery, please let us know as we may be able to arrange this service for an additional fee.

What if I encounter a problem with my delivery?

If you miss the courier, simply contact the number on the calling card and rearrange your delivery. Items can also be made to collect from your local depot. Re-deliveries require an additional charge dependent on size of order, our customer service team will make this clear.

If you’re unhappy with any element of our service, please do not hesitate to let us know immediately. It’s important to us that you receive your item on time and in perfect condition.

All of our deliveries are signed and insured, so you are able and encouraged to check the unit before signing. Any damaged goods must be claimed at point of delivery and marked as damaged, that way we will file for a replacement and send this out as soon as possible. Once you sign for the furniture, you are illustrating that you are happy with the product and accepting responsibility from that point forward.
