Standard shipping orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, and shipping will take 4-7 business days. -Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status and estimated time frame for delivery. Please note that while we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or peak holidays may affect delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience. -We ship within the United States (48 contiguous states only) and are unable to ship to P.O Boxes. We do not ship internationally.

Here is more information regarding returns and exchanges -All plant purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All hard goods are non-refundable, but you can exchange the product within 10 days of purchase. Please be aware that the customer is responsible for all associated shipping fees for exchanges. -During cold months, we strongly advise you to add a Heat Pack or our Winter Plant Shipping Protection to all your plant orders. Winter Plant Shipping Protection & Heat Pack can be found in our Accessories section. Orders that do not have a heat pack and arrive with cold damage will not be refunded or replaced. Plants that arrived damaged and don't fall within the cold damage criteria can qualify for a refund or replacement. To qualify for a refund or replacement, please reach out within 24 hours of order placement with pictures of the damaged item and order information. Please allow 3-5 business days to process the refund/replacement.

All order cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. Once the cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be issued. If you wish to change your order, we will try to accommodate it within the 24-hour time frame.
