All normally visible wood parts of this dresser are hand crafted in Appalachia from solid hardwood (cherry, red oak, white oak, maple, or walnut (walnut is $450 added invoiced separately)). No veneers or pressed wood materials are used. This ten drawer dresser will be similar to that shown by the photos except for the wood choice. The dresser is about 70" wide x 20" deep x 50" tall. The drawer face heights from top to bottom are about 5", 9.5', 9.5", 11.5", 11.5". The dresser back and drawer bottoms are high quality plywood. Drawer boxes inside are poplar or maple. The photos show cherry wood finished with tung oil. The color is natural wood finished with Tung Oil. Or you can choose from a wide range of colors for an added $80 (ceruse adds $120). The drawers have dovetail joints and smoothly glide on ball bearing slides. You can choose different pulls for the cost of the pulls you choose. You can request different sizes with different numbers of drawers. Just send a message stating the configuration that you would like and I will work with you to meet your needs. Most furniture in high priced stores is made of pressed materials with thin veneers. Such materials are easily damaged and are difficult to repair. They also often give off unhealthy fumes. This enables better protection of the product and lower shipping costs. Detailed instructions are provided. Dressers, desks, shelves, and bedside tables ship fully assembled except for some that need to be attached to a wall and a few that have removable legs.
