MID CENTURY ARMOIRE COAT CLOSET BY AVALON YATTON

This vintage mid-century wardrobe was produced in England during the 1960s. The left side features a vanity mirror and while the right side door opens to reveal hanging storage, it would be perfect for a bedroom, guest room or entryway. MAKER: The furniture manufacturer Avalon is a British company based in the town of Yatton, Somerset, and also made furniture under the names of Wake & Dean and Yatton Furniture. In the past most of the inhabitants of Yatton would have been employed in agriculture. At the time of the Industrial Revolution a furniture factory was established, initially manufacturing church pews and school desks.
