141 Lounge Chairs by Joseph Andre Motte for Artifort 1955, Set of 2

pair of lounge chairs, model 141, designed by the French top designer Joseph Andre Motte in 1955 for Artifort. The chairs are newly upholstered with a custard (yellow/orange) wool Tonus Meadow fabric by Kvadrat. They have beautiful black steel legs. Minimalist chairs, and comfortable seating. The chairs are documented in several books including the Artifort book. These beautiful chairs are very hard to find. The chairs are in excellent condition. Little traces of use on the legs. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs, designer records, or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising from misattribution
