Duke E304 Aerohot 4 Well Electric Steam Table - Exposed Element

The Duke Aerohot E304 Electric Steamtable comes in an exposed element design operating at 115v. This means that the element heats air in a cavity to heat your waterpan, making this Duke's most economical steamtable. The three well Duke E304 comes with undershelf and legs formed of heavy gauge 430 series stainless steel. Each compartment is insulated on all four sides and bottom with 1" thick fiberglass or equal, having thermal conductivity of 0.27 or less. Each section is controlled by infinite switch. 6' long cord with plug provided. Units also come with a polycarbonate carving board 7" x 1/2 thick.
