Square walnut dining table by Vivai del Sud, 1960s
Vivai Del Sud dining table in walnut with brass inserts made in the 60s and 70s. The table structure recalls oriental lines, in green lacquered walnut with a square and essential shape, ideal for dining rooms with an eccentric style and oriental taste. There is a brass plate in the base of the table that recalls the inserts in the base of the table. The condition is good but pours signs of time given the use and use, never been restored. Vivai del Sud was born in the Roman school of architecture in the 1960s out of the need to furnish interiors as well. As the gardens were becoming more and more narrow, the architects created furniture as if they were paintings and objects with a lot of originality and love for detail and choice of materials.
