This armchair was made from 4 mississippiensis alligator skins, the average age of the alligators being 60. Alligator skins with these specific characteristics and origin are particularly beautiful and show extraordinary features. The treatment and tanning process used to prepare these alligator skins are traditional and include 6 stages performed over about 60 days. This particular process ensures the skins have a wonderful look, are long lasting, strong and resistant both to light and to wear and tear.
