Nostalgi Shoe or hat shelf

Nostalgi Shoe or hat shelf was designed in 1937 by Gunnar Bolin. The shelf can be used both as a shoe and hat shelf and has come and gone through the decades, but today it is seen as a classic in Swedish furniture history. The brackets are made, now as then, from melted aluminium scrap that is combined with round rods in wood or aluminium. The shelf is delivered with hooks that are used when you want to use it as a hat shelf. We recommend not having more than ten hangers per metre of hat shelf. The shelf can be extended with an additional part and can thus become as long as desired or completely custom-sized if the round rods are cut to the desired length.
