A non-woven web of nylon fibres on which selected aluminium oxide or silicon carbide grains are firmly bonded by resin. It has many advantages over the traditional sheet abrasive. Being an open web it is not prone to clogging - dust or waste passes straight through. Totally flexible it can be used on all contoured surfaces.
