Red Floor Lamp by Architecture Studio Piovenefabi Inspired by Albini

The 'Metrò Lamp' is part of a furniture series developed for Maniera by Brussels and Milan based architecture studio in 2017. The series draws inspiration from the first Italian metro line, which opened in Milan in 1967. The stations were designed by Albini, Helg and Noorda. Piovenefabi collected significant fragments from the Metro stations and transformed them into a new series of furniture pieces. The 'Metrò Lamp' is made from coated steel and has a dimmer.
