This authentic Eames for Herman Miller Soft Pad Executive Height office chair from the Aluminum Group Collection was manufactured in 1992. This classic mid century chair was first introduced in 1969 by Charles and Ray Eames as the luxury model of the 1958 Aluminum Group line. This executive height chair features a taller backrest, original black leather upholstery, polished aluminum five-star swivel base and arms and rolling casters. The comfortable, contoured ergonomic design features thick, plush cushions and a 360 degree smooth swivel seat with adjustable height and backrest tilt. Original Herman Miller Aluminum Group label and May 1, 1992 date stamp on base and underside. An iconic and collectible desk chair perfect for home or office.
