Art Van Diamond 2-Piece Sectional

Item is a Diamond 2-piece sectional with a right-arm facing chaise in "crafty charcoal" from Art Van. I purchased this item from Art Van (RIP!) in Ann Arbor, MI shortly after its date of manufacture, September 2019. I've since moved to the Philadelphia area and am looking to downsize because the sectional is a bit too big for my current living room.

The sectional has been kept in a smoke-free home with two cats. There is minor scratching on the corner of the arms that's only visible upon close inspection. It's been lived in but is still in great shape. The back cushions are attached to the sofa and the seat cushions are removable with machine-washable covers. It's comfy, durable, easy to clean, and can stand up to frequent heavy use without losing its shape and becoming sloppy-looking. This would be an ideal piece of furniture for a TV/rec/game room or even a home office. I've enjoyed this sectional so much over these past few years and I'm confident that you will, too! I'm happy to include the manufacturer's cleaning kit that I received with purchase, upon request.
