Catherine of Braganza, queen of King Charles II of England, brought Portuguese trade routes to the British East India Company, spurring fascination with such Asian goods and fabrics. As part of the collection, this is a classic and colorful pattern that is produced on lighting and accessories. The lamp features aged brass hardware, a hexagon-shaped lucite base, and a metal aged brass finished ball finial. It includes a 3-way switch and supports a 100 watt max bulb. The shade is an empire softback with single fold trim, made of off-white polyester fabric with a brass spider. Materials include porcelain and lucite.
