Tobacco Leaf Hex Jarcolor - Port 68 - Multi

$253.00

The highly coveted floral pattern has adorned homes since the 18th century. Inspired by Asian plants and Indian textiles, the pattern features hibiscus and pomegranate motifs. Collectors commonly refer to it as the "tobacco leaf" pattern, and it was a fashionable import as fine china. This pattern was the most highly valued of all the dinnerware patterns of the 18th century. By blending the timeless elegance with modern shapes, it brings sophistication with a bright, colorful and profusion of motifs for today. This hex-shaped porcelain jar has a lift-off lid. The jar is scaled for the decorative shelf or as a pair on the mantle. Jars are individually sold.
