The Altas Strength Folding Smith Machine AL-3107 is a compact, space-saving version of the AL-3058G and the world's first folding Smith machine, combining nine strength training machines into one (power rack, functional trainer with dual weight stacks, counterbalanced Smith machine, vertical leg press, climbing chin-up station, dip station, core trainer, suspension trainer, and low row). Features commercial-grade guide rails, safe lock-and-release mechanism, safety catches, linear bearings, steel aircraft cables rated to 2,000 lbs, and 2 x 200 lb weight stacks. Note: weight plates are not included. The included bench (AL-4006) is an adjustable weight bench with multiple backrest and seat positions supporting a max weight of 800 lbs.
