Designed for lightweight doors weight up to 88 lbs. (MAX. door weight 88 lbs). High quality double sided Soft Close included which passed 100,000 cycles test. Designed for doors 1 in. to 1-3/4 in. thick; 23 in. to 36 in. wide; up to 80” high. To be installed into 2 in. x 4 in. stud wall for commercial or residential use. Track is made of heavy-walled aluminum and guarantees that your door will not jump track. Heavy duty galvanized steel tube stud uprights to provide maximum rigidity for wall materials and restricts nails from penetration into pocket. Self-adjusting floor anchors allow for settling of floor without disturbing horizontal alignment of header and track.
