Shipping: DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, USPS are the methods what I ship my dresses. Very fast and very safe. If your location is USA, UK, Canada or Australia, then it usually takes within 20 days, but if you need it sooner, you could choose rush order delivery time for your order, you will receive it within 10 days.

Return Policy (please read carefully)

  1. If you want to cancel the order, please inform me in 24 hours after you placing the order, then I can refund you the full money; after 24 hours, you can get 50% refund. It is not available to cancel the order once the item has already been shipped.

The dress will be custom made based on the specific information(measurements/color) that you provide, frankly it's not available to return the dress unless:1) you offer the wrong size or color 2). Color difference .3)Any mistakes which you make cause the unsatisfying dress, we can't accept the refund and return.

  3. If the dress does not fit, you can send it back and I can alter it free for you(but you need to pay the shipping fee).
