ANTIQUE ODD FELLOWS REGALIA “BLACK RACE” COSTUME IOOF PANTS & WRAP EARLY 1900’s

This came from a local Odd Fellows Lodge and has been in storage for 50-60 years based on the information of their oldest member who is 86. It shows signs of use and wear and is dusty from long storage. There may be thin patches, missing buttons, tears or stains normal for the age. The pants have an inseam of 28” and the waist measures 18.5” across when laying flat so approximately 37” around. I’m not sure how the wrap is meant to be worn and tied so please excuse me if it is totally incorrect!
