Growing up surrounded by make-believe, with a mother as an antique doll dealer and a father as an antique book seller, storytelling became second nature to me. After three decades in furniture design and home decoration, it was inevitable that the concept of make-believe would find its way into my work. An artisan was needed to bring the magic to life in furniture that mirrored my flea market finds; Ben Peck-Whiston is that artisan.
