Aloha Modify-It™ Modern Design

The design draws from clean European lines, combined with the relaxed comfort of the Hawaiian Islands. The Aloha series offers various configurations, each featuring a minimalist frame and thick, modern cube cushions. The back cushions are uniformly shaped, with the frame itself designed to create a comfortable lean. The cushion stitching is smooth and clean, without edge piping.

The large frame is hand-woven from colorfast PE Resin wicker. The fabric is Season-Smart™ 100% Outdoor Polyester, resistant to mildew, fading, and staining. The lightweight, rust-proof aluminum frame makes it easy to move and reconfigure the pieces.

Season-Smart™ is an all-weather fabric designed for outdoor use. Weighing 280 grams per square meter, it is a significant upgrade from standard outdoor fabrics. The refined stitch provides a smooth surface ideal for modern upholstery. Made from 100% polyester, it resists mildew, staining, and fading.

What is Modify-It™?

Modify-It™ outdoor modular furniture comes in pre-configured sets made up of individual units. The Aloha series by Modify-It™ is available in 9 collections, differing in the number and type of units included. For example, the Kauna 5pc collection and the Maui 9pc collection differ in the number and type of pieces and the configurations possible. You can use the configuration as pictured or modify it by moving the pieces around. Additional pieces can be purchased to meet specific needs, such as adding a chaise lounge to the Kauna 5pc set to make it a 6pc set.

Get creative with the 9 Aloha collections, which can be modified to provide various configurations. For example, a sofa can be made up of 2 corner units and 1 or 2 middle armless sections. Modify-It™ allows flexibility in configuration, enabling you to turn a sofa into a left or right-facing chaise sectional, make a full “L” shaped sectional, or use an ottoman for extra seating or as a footrest. Loveseats can be turned into sofas and back into loveseats by removing the armless center section, which then becomes a stand-alone side chair.

Cross Linked Polyethylene Resin (HD-PE Resin) is commonly used in plastic bottles and has many applications, with an annual global production of 80 million tons. It withstands extreme weather, making it ideal for outdoor furniture. Its flexibility allows for easy weaving, and its colorfast property minimizes scratch marks and improves fade resistance.

High Tensile Aluminum (HTA) is used for the supporting structural frame, with rattan woven around it. Aluminum is chosen over steel for its corrosion resistance and lightweight properties, making it suitable for outdoor use during all seasons.
