Mixed stone round oven 65 cm. Is handmade with Pereruela clay and is characterised by its great resistance to fire. The model Mixed Stone round oven is characterised by its simplicity, and is finished in natural quarry stone in the dome part and in refractory bricks in the burner, maintaining its artisan essence and a rustic and traditional finish. This oven with burner is the result of the combination of the traditional Pereruela oven but with the heat source applied from the burner in the lower area. This improves the space available for cooking by introducing the wood only in the burner.
