Beautiful sky blue crystal Art Deco decanter set from the famous Bohemian glass region of Nový Bor, attributed to Haida glassworks by Karel Palda in the pre-war 1930's in former Czecoslovakia. The unique multifaceted glass body of the decanter and glasses make this set a stunning contribution to any antique glass or barware collection. Beautifully handmade Art Glass, this crystal glass decanter is not pressed glass but more valuable cut crystal glass that requires high craftsmanship in the process of cutting and polishing the glass. Its simple, elegant and timeless shape makes this decanter set a perfect option for strong liquors, that require smaller shots rather than the larger whisky sets. The set is exceptionally preserved for its age as it was most likely for display only. The glasses have no cracks or chips and the decanter is also in excellent condition with only a minor nick on the top of the stopper.
