The seat and back rest is made of a continuous single section of leather upholstery stretched taut between two metal ribs. This allows it to subtly conform to the shape of the user's body and makes it comfortable for long periods of sitting. Upgraded Italian leather was selected for the upholstery of this reproduction. None of the details were overlooked, from the distance of the ribbed stitching to the period correct Atomic metal ball of the height adjusting lever.
