Plywood Coffee Table, Black
$299.00
Originally designed using Eames' plywood molding technology from before WWII, the production was delayed due to the war. During this time, Charles Eames honed his skills by making molded plywood splints for the military, which inspired the post-war creation of the Plywood Coffee Table in 1946. This table features a lightweight structure with a saucer-like contoured top and curved legs, reflective of Eames’ iconic design. Constructed with kiln-dried plywood, it maintains a 12.5% moisture level, has a smooth finish, and five coats of UV-cured hard polyurethane. Species: North American Walnut. Janka Hardness: 1010 PSI. Dimensions: Height - 16.5", Diameter - 34.3".
