Vintage "Belem" Sailing Ship Model ~ Solid Hardwood, Hand Painted, Cloth Sails

Vintage Belem Ship Model. Made with hardwood and hand painted with canvas sails. Very nicely done, with exhaustive detail. Overall measurements with stand are 22" long x 20 1/2" high. I took a few pictures darker pictures in order to show the beautiful stripes on the sails that get washed out by the flash. From a collection found in an island cabin on the St. Lawrence River. There may be minor handling marks and wear from age.
