Knoll conference chair designed by Eero Saarinen
The Knoll international Saarinen conference chair in license with the manufacturer De Coene Belgium is a design by Eero Saarinen. Presented in white fabrics and chrome enameled legs with some signs of use. In the early 1940s, Eero worked with Charles Ray Eames on veneer bending. Saarinen took a liking to it and also became interested in bending other materials. From 1946 to 1950, he developed and perfected the particularly elegant conference chair.
