COLOR THEORY BLUESCALE EDITION
Introduce cool tones to your mid-century modern theme with this vibrant credenza, adding an atomic ranch pop. The soft close drawers and ample storage compartments of this full-size sideboard keep us organized and tidy. Color theory is a modernist sideboard with a classic history, enhanced for contemporary homes.
1955 Modernist Icon
Originally designed in 1955, this cubed wood sideboard hovered over thin industrial steel tubes capped in solid walnut. In recreating this classic, we noted past usability issues, making minor adjustments. Reducing the bank of drawers from 6 to 5 provided more practical vertical space for each drawer. A concealed finger groove on the drawer face allows easy opening. Additionally, a black steel plate behind the drawer face keeps contents hidden when stacked to the top.
ABOUT AMERICAN WALNUT
American Walnut displays its natural brown tones, presenting lighter and darker shades within the grains. It blends well with both light and dark wood pieces.
