A very large, comprehensive volume focused on the Native American Indian burial practices concentrating on the burial mounds through archaeological excavation, and comparing the practices of different tribes throughout the United States. Over 300 diagrams and illustrations of Native American mounds and other burial sites, complete with map overviews throughout the 742 pages.
