Tracking numbers are provided within 24 hours of your order leaving the Kardiel warehouse. Average delivery times nationwide for this service are 7-10 business days from the shipment departure. Delivery is guaranteed safe when you inspect and sign for any potential shipping damage. The delivery company will call to schedule the date and time window as the arrival date approaches.

Hawaii & Alaska

For Hawaii & Alaska orders, allow 12-18 business days for arrival. Tracking numbers will be provided. Orders to these locations are not eligible for 'continental U.S' shipping promotions. Overwater transport is involved, so the shopping cart will not calculate shipping costs. Please contact us by phone for a custom discounted delivery quote before purchasing.
