Inspired by 50's Modernism

Many signature elements of the 50s modernism design are found alive in the Bauhaus Sofa. As detailed in the images, exquisite streamlined finishing is present from all angles. Perfectly spaced buttons & straight lined piping display the detail of craftsmanship. The affixed back and seat keeps Bauhaus's tailored appearance with no fluffing or cushion adjustments. You’ll discover comfortable lounging feet up or feet down with the intelligent seat & back angle. Dense foam wraps the Genuine Hardwood frame, back & arms.

The wooden frame is crafted from Solid American Ash. The stain is applied by hand and rubbed to remove color density leaving the grain of the wood visible. The seat and back platform of the Bauhaus sofa is still created using a Metal Sinuous No Sag "S Coil" Suspension System. From the wooden frame to the double lock stitching of the upholstery, the Bauhaus Sofa is crafted one by one entirely by hand.
