This butcher block kitchen island is made of solid Hard Maple and is built to be a functional cutting board in your kitchen. The island has two lower shelves and one large drawer for plenty of storage. All drawers come standard with Blum undermount, soft close drawer slides. Optional towel hooks can be added to the island as shown in the photos. Hardware can be chosen by the buyer and installed by our shop for a completed order upon delivery. The pictured top is constructed of end-grain standard Hard Maple and measures 2.75” thick. Clear Hard Maple (no spotting) White Oak, Hickory, Walnut, Beech, Cherry, Sapele and several other species are available. Please contact me for a custom quote. All tops come treated with a food safe product called “Walrus Oil” and the island ships with extra oil/ wax for maintenance.
