Crafted with premium materials, it includes a genuine Metal Sinuous No Sag 'S Coil' Suspension seat platform, high-quality multi-density foam, and down feather cushions. The sofa is suspended within a solid wood frame base and back frame, showcasing a minimal and clean design.

The wedge-shaped body of the Stilt angles slightly backward, with the back cushion following the same angle for a uniform design and natural seating position. The modernist cube back features three independent cushions filled with dense foam for memory retention and down feathers for added comfort. The back cushions are reversible and zippered.

Inspired by Mid Century Modern Danish Design

An icon of mid-century modern sofa design, the Stilt sofa is known for its architectural wooden base 'platform' that elevates the body from the floor. The height of the seat rail just under the cushions is reduced to add height to the stiletto wood legs, creating an airy footprint that visually takes up less space in the room.

A significant portion of the development cost is due to the heirloom-finished solid American Ash frame base. This architectural element spans the front, sides, and underneath, extending upwards to support part of the back. The depth of the wooden frame exceeds the width of the upholstered sofa, creating interesting angled space at the base. The wooden platform is a solid and visually appealing element from all angles, allowing versatile placement in any room.

The three individual seat cushions are affixed to the sofa body, providing a clean appearance and featuring a multi-density foam core for memory retention, stuffed with down feathers for comfort. The Stilt Sofa offers a comfortable seating experience while maintaining a streamlined mid-century modern design.
