MAKING THE ICON

The Modus Modular sectional is a simple structured sofa with boxy flare and a low-set profile. The internal design profile of Modus represents various angles of basic geometric simplicity. Cubed Rectangular shapes repeat in differing forms to create the modernist appearance. Wide armrests represent the appearance of the front horizontal edge of the sofa turned vertical.

The back duplicates the seat in a shorter form. The elevated backrest of Modus provides ample lean-back support. High-density foam cushioning is nicely rounded and perfectly firm. Neat, uniform and intentional hem edging finish the eloquent modern design.

ABOUT VINTAGE TAILORED TWILL

Twill is an interwoven knit fabric. The thread takes turns in an over and under weave forming a crooked yet overall lineal rectangle pattern that can be discerned at close range. The pattern exists but appears somewhat random when viewed from a normal distance. Vintage Tailored Twill features a finer, tightly tailored flat weave appearance.

Vintage Tailored Twill provides perhaps a more refined, tailored appearance than that of a typical coarse twill. It relies on the multi-tone nature of the fabric strands themselves to provide the appearance of depth of texture.
