For precise user control, the Randell 8395N pizza prep table has individual controls for its rail and base, letting users shut the rail off overnight and save power. It can hold 13 third-size pans (NOT INCLUDED), enabling this table to hold a wide variety of toppings such as sliced meats, shredded cheese, vegetables, and garnishes. Utilizing a recessed ledge design, this prep table keeps pans of stored product chilled from top to bottom, extending freshness and reducing spoilage. The Randell 8395N refrigerated pizza prep table has a cabinet base that includes 28.18 cubic feet of interior storage space for product. Its refrigeration system is self-contained and side mounted, operating with R404A hydrocarbon refrigerant and a dual compressor construction for increased efficiency. Featuring removable press-fit gaskets in its three solid, hinged doors, this table seals cold air in and warm air out. For quick cleaning, the gaskets can be removed by hand.
